Website in Monschau: visitors who search from their phone

Monschau lives off visitors from the Rhineland, the Netherlands and Belgium. What a website has to do there, and why three businesses in Simmerath next door already run that way.

Monschau lives off visitors: the old town, the Rur and the High Fens, the daffodil meadows in spring, the Christmas market and the snow in winter. They come from the Rhineland and the Ruhr, from the Netherlands and from Belgium, and they search from their phone, often already on the way: a room, a table, a shop that is still open.

What counts: a site that loads within seconds and answers in the visitor's language. French and English are built in, and visitors from the Netherlands read English. Plus the Google profile with photos, hours and reviews, because visitors go by the stars. And no cookies, so no banner that bothers the visitor at first glance.

I am based in Eupen, on the Belgian side of the same Eifel, and three businesses in Simmerath are already live. We have the first conversation at your place in Monschau, at mine in Eupen or by video. After that almost everything happens by phone and in the browser.
