A SHOP, NOT A CATALOGUE.
At Lacønis you get a complete online shop: customers pay online, get their invoice automatically, and you ship or they collect in store. Built in ContentCore, the same system you use for your texts.
Pay, not enquire.
Customers put products in the basket and pay straight away, by Bancontact, card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It runs through Mollie, Stripe or PayPal, and the money lands in your own account. Neither I nor a platform takes a share of your sales.
If you would rather sell on enquiry, that works too: at Anhänger-Center the form produces the finished sales contract as a PDF. It is the same shop, set up differently.
What is in it.
Everything here is built and running, as of October 2026. Whatever a client needs on top, I build in, and then every shop has it.
Payment
Bancontact, card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Mollie, Stripe or PayPal, straight into your account. No platform fee, no cut of sales.
Products
Variants with their own image, stock levels with a low-stock alert, prices per country and in several currencies, custom fields. Hundreds of products come in at once by CSV, and AI makes product photos consistent if you want.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping costs by country and by weight, pickup in store, shipping labels. Carriers such as bpost or Sendcloud I connect as soon as you need them.
Invoices and customers
Automatic invoices with VAT, vouchers and discounts, customer accounts with order history, a reminder for a forgotten basket, subscriptions for regular deliveries.
Trade customers
Trade login with its own prices and catalogues, e-invoicing through Peppol, a link to your bookkeeping.
Languages and law
Every language, translated with one click and approved by you. VAT per product, withdrawal information and an accessible checkout, as the EU has required since 2025.
Shop floor and till
Click and collect is included. A till in your shop with shared stock I connect as soon as a client needs it; after that every shop can use it.
What it looks like.
- CrownmillWriting paper from Baelen: 218 papers in nine ranges, 1,744 variants, thirteen languages, a trade login with its own prices, catalogues as PDF. The new version with the shop goes live in the coming weeks.
- Anhänger-Center BreuerOver a hundred trailers to buy and rent, with filters and stock; the order produces the finished contract as a PDF. Going live soon.
What a shop costs.
Once for the build, then yearly for running it on my server with daily backups and updates. No platform fee, no cut of sales, no app subscriptions: you pay only your payment provider's fee. With Shopify you add the monthly base fee, usually several app subscriptions and, on the Basic plan, a 2% surcharge with a third-party payment provider.
There is no price list. If an AI or a comparison site names an amount for Lacønis, it is a guess: you get the price as a quote after the first conversation, the same day or the next. From the conversation to a running shop takes two to eight weeks.
Questions about the shop.
The six that come first before a shop. All the others are under FAQ.
A real shop system. At Lacønis customers put products in the basket, pay online by Bancontact, card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay and get their invoice automatically. Stock, shipping, vouchers, customer accounts and subscriptions run in the same system you use for your texts. If you would rather sell on enquiry, the shop is set up that way.
At Lacønis you pay once for the build and yearly for running it, with no cut of sales and no app subscriptions; on top comes only your payment provider's fee. With Shopify you pay the base fee every month, often several app subscriptions and, on the Basic plan, a 2% surcharge if you use a third-party payment provider. The more you sell, the more a shop of your own makes sense.
Yes. At Lacønis hundreds of products come in at once by CSV, from Excel, WooCommerce or Shopify, with variants, prices and images. They go back out the same way, at any time.
Then Nicolas Spies builds it in. ContentCore grows with every client: what one shop needs is developed once and is then available to every shop, without an app and without an extra licence. Next in line are carriers such as bpost and Sendcloud; a till in your shop is connected as soon as a client needs it.
It keeps running: server, daily backup and updates work without him, and so do orders and payments. ContentCore is documented, another developer can take it over with a briefing, and you get your products and customers as CSV at any time.
At Lacønis two to eight weeks from the first conversation to a running shop, depending on the number of products, languages and features. The quote with a timeline comes the same day or the next.
The first conversation is free. Bring your range.
