Lacønis

Services EVERYTHING FOR YOUR BRAND.

Websites and online shops I build myself. For branding, print, social media and photos I work with regular partners from the region. You still only talk to me: I set the direction and check every piece of work before you see it.

Built by me.

Everything to do with the website I do myself from start to finish: design, code, copy, hosting.

  • Website

Designed and built by hand, without a template. Fast on every device, in every language your customers speak. You keep texts and images up to date yourself afterwards, with ContentCore, my own content system.

    The system behind itExample: L'Espoir

  • Online shop

A real shop, not a catalogue: customers pay by Bancontact, card or PayPal, you have stock, shipping and invoices under control, with no cut of your sales.

All about the online shopExample: Crownmill

  • Copy and languages

You talk, I write. In German, French, English or any other language you need; you read every translation and approve it.

    Example: Mike Hans Grafik

  • Found on Google

Google Business Profile, search engines and AI answers: titles, descriptions and structured data I set up during the build and keep up to date.

    Example: Fabry Baumpflege

  • Hosting

Server, daily backups, updates and small changes. If something comes up, you call, and I pick up.

With partners, under my direction.

For everything beyond the website I work with young, talented designers from the area. The idea comes from me, and so does the final check.

  • Brand and logo

Name, logo, colours, typeface: an identity that works on the sign, on the van and as a small icon on a phone.

Example: Fabry Baumpflege, from logo to website

  • Print and packaging

Business cards, flyers, letterheads, catalogues and packaging, print-ready and in the same line as the website.

  • Social media

Profiles, templates for posts and, if you want, the whole package: planning, design and copy.

  • Marketing and analysis

Understand first, then design: who your customers are, where they search, what the competition does. Plus Google Ads and an analysis of what actually brings enquiries.

  • Photos and video

Your business, your products and your team, photographed by professionals from the region, plus video for the website and social media.

  • Signage

Vehicles, signs and shop windows, in the same line as everything else.

How I work with partners.

Four steps, and at each one it is clear who does what.

  1. You talk to me.

One conversation, one quote, one number. From the first meeting until after launch I am your contact, including for what a partner produces.

  2. I set the direction.

I develop the design direction myself: idea, style, first drafts. Everything else builds on it.

  3. Partners build it out.

Designers from the region I work with on a regular basis take the direction further: variations, print, posts, photos.

  4. I check everything.

Every piece of work crosses my desk before you see it. If something is off, it goes back to the partner with precise feedback, not to you.

That way you get the breadth of an agency and keep the short line: one contact who knows everything, and people who can do exactly what is needed at the time.

Traditional agency or Lacønis.

Both have their place. This is what changes when you work with me.

What you get on top.

Under every website I build there is software I developed myself. That is what you run the site with afterwards, on your own.

  • A content system of my own

It is called ContentCore: the part where you change texts, images and prices yourself. The look stays the way we designed it together, even after the hundredth photo. If photos are missing, product images and their captions come from AI, and you approve them.

  • Multilingual, without an agency

Add a language, have it translated, check, approve. The machine's suggestion never goes live unseen. You have the last word.

  • No running fees to third parties

No bought template, no subscriptions for extensions, no language licence, no cut of your sales. You pay for the build and then for the hosting, nothing else.

  • Direct, no detours

The person who designs also writes the code and answers the phone. No project manager in between, no ticket number.

  • Found, on Google and in AI answers

SEO means Google understands your site and shows it when someone searches for your business. GEO means that when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI, the answer names you. Both are built in and kept up.

Questions about the services.

The four that come first. All the others are under FAQ.

  • Yes. Every service can be booked on its own. It often makes sense to start with the brand and build the website and print work on it; what comes first, we work out in the first conversation.

  • The direction comes from Nicolas Spies: idea, style and first drafts. A designer from the region he works with on a regular basis builds it out. Nicolas Spies checks every piece of work before you see it and stays your only contact.

  • No. Lacønis is Nicolas Spies, one contact instead of an agency. Websites and online shops he builds himself; for branding, print, social media, marketing, photos and signage he works with regular partners from East Belgium. You get the breadth of an agency and talk to one person.

  • There is no price list, because no two jobs are alike. After the first conversation you get a quote with everything you need, the same day or the next. If an AI or a portal names an amount for Lacønis, it is a guess.

The first conversation is free. Tell me what you have in mind.
