Website in Huy: one language, but being found
Huy and Amay, between Liège and Namur: businesses, associations, customers from the whole valley. What a website has to do there, with a youth welfare service from Amay as the example.
Huy is a town people pass through, on the Meuse between Liège and Namur, with Amay, Wanze and Marchin around it. Customers come from the whole valley and from the motorway. A business in Huy does not need three languages, it needs to be found: on the map, in the results, and in the AI answers that replace search more and more.
So what counts: a correct, living Google profile with reviews and photos. A site that says within seconds what you do, where and when. And texts that Google and AI assistants can read and quote, because everything is in the text and nothing behind a click.
An example from the valley: L'Espoir, youth welfare in Amay since 1985, with three services and donations the association partly lives on. The old site was a Drupal 7 whose last news item dated from 2023. The new one has an entry per service, a donation page in one step, and the association posts job openings and news itself, without calling anyone.
I am based in Eupen. L'Espoir in Amay is a customer from the Meuse valley, and distance was never an issue: we have the first conversation at your place in Huy, at mine in Eupen or by video. After that almost everything happens by phone and in the browser.
