Website in St. Vith: reaching neighbours and strangers

St. Vith is the centre of the south, with customers from the Eifel, Luxembourg and Germany. What a website has to do there, and what it does not.

St. Vith is the town where the south of East Belgium shops, repairs and celebrates. A business's customers come from the surrounding Eifel villages, from Luxembourg and from the German side around Prüm. Add the visitors who arrive by bike on the Vennbahn or come to hike. A website in St. Vith therefore has two jobs: reaching the neighbours who know the business, and the strangers who are still looking for it.

For the neighbours the Google profile counts: address, hours, phone, reviews. Whoever searches for “roofer St. Vith” sees the map before any website. Your site and your profile have to say the same thing, otherwise Google shows the other one. For the strangers the site itself counts, and it has to answer within seconds: what do you do, where are you, when are you open, how do I reach you. On the phone, on mobile data, on the road.

Languages: German first, that is everyday life. But French reaches Malmedy, Luxembourg and the customers who come from the south. With me you add a language, have it translated, read it through and approve. No licence, no double maintenance.

I am based in Eupen and build websites for businesses in East Belgium, the Eifel and the Euregio. We have the first conversation at your place in St. Vith, at mine at Rotenberg or by video. After that almost everything happens by phone and in the browser, you see every stage on your own device.
